Massage with a clinical target: the knots, trigger points and stiff, overworked muscles that keep a shoulder or a hip from moving freely. Firmer and more specific than a relaxation massage, and aimed at the tissue that is actually causing the trouble.
The difference from a deep tissue massage is the target. Deep tissue works the whole chain at depth; remedial goes looking for the specific spots that are holding a joint back and spends the time there.
Thirty minutes for one stubborn area, sixty for the usual suspects, ninety when it has spread. A $35 deposit is taken at booking and is not refundable.
