Before you visit
Something you can move in. For physiotherapy and massage you will be treated on the table, so bring or wear clothing you are comfortable being assessed in. For sauna and cold plunge, bring togs and a towel, or rent a towel for $5 on the day.
No. Most people start with a physiotherapy appointment, and you can book it straight from the website. If you have an accepted ACC claim, book the ACC appointment and bring your claim number.
Physiotherapy and acupuncture are ACC services, so treatment for an accepted injury is covered apart from the co-payment shown on the menu. Southern Cross members can claim physiotherapy on the spot with Easy-Claim. Massage, needling and recovery are private.
Physiotherapy runs Monday to Friday. Massage, targeted release and recovery run every day we are open, Sunday to Friday.
Give us at least 24 hours' notice and there is no charge. Less than that may incur a fee of up to the full cost of the appointment, and a missed appointment can be charged in full. Some treatments take a non-refundable deposit at booking. The full cancellation policy is linked in the footer.
